noticing that when I get really worried or stressed about
something, everything slows down and and I feel how vast the world is – how much
space there really is; how slowly time moves; I shut down my mind… so the bad
thoughts won’t come; so that all there is only the present … so I won’t dwell
in fear … that is very Important …not to go where fear lives. I would rather
stay close to the surface and repeat: this too shall pass… going in to fear,
feeling despair is limiting, dries up the options… so keep your eyes open and hope for the best ;)
